Food distribution in Slovenia is carried out from two logistically most suitable locations:

The Žalec Central Logistics Center

it is located in the Arnovski Gozd Business Zone, a mere 100 meters from the Ljubljana-Maribor motorway, exit Žalec/Velenje,
this location makes it possible for all types of motor vehicles to have undisturbed access 24 hours per day, 365 days per year,
the total surface area has 15.000 m²,
the storage capacity is 3.000 pallet slots,
food is stored with various temperature and other regimes (frozen, refrigerated, conditioned, ambient, and dry),
state-of-the art truck fleet,
excellent team of professionals,
comprehensive logistics services.

»Cross-docking« warehouse, Ajdovščina BU

it is located in the industrial part of Ajdovščina, in the vicinity of the Razdrto-Vrtojba motorway,
"cross-docking" warehouse, which, in practice, means that the already prepared shipments from the Žalec Logistics Center are sorted upon delivery and shipped out to local recipients,
state-of-the art truck fleet,
cold store for the storage of minimum safety stock, which enables the proper autonomy of local supply,
excellent team of professionals.

The geographic division of distribution between the two logistics centers

The specific features with regard to the distribution of fresh food require extremely short response times (even less than 12 hours from when the order was placed until the delivery to the selling point). For this reason, the central logistics center is positioned at the crossroads of all major traffic routes, taking into consideration the equal distance to larger cities (Ljubljana, Maribor, Novo mesto, Slovenj Gradec, Velenje, and Celje). The remaining parts of Slovenia (northern and southern Primorska region) are supplied by our business unit (BU) in Ajdovščina.
